this opportunity This position is responsible for efficiently
answering phone calls from prospective customers and scheduling
appointments to meet with one of our outside sales representatives
(Energy Consultants). This role works closely with the Energy
Consultants, Marketing Team, and Operations Teams to effectively
grow the business and retain current customers. This position will
support the sales process from the initial appointment to the
account set up and installation using supporting software programs.
The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effectively manage
customer calls and other administrative responsibilities is
essential. What your role will look like Source new sales
opportunities through incoming phone calls and email inquiries.
Manage and respond to customer inquiries, questions, and concerns
accurately and appropriately. Gather detailed customer information
and generate leads for sales representatives. Enter complete and
accurate lead information into the sales software program. Schedule
customer appointments for sales representatives. Review signed
proposals from customers and complete new customer account set up.
Coordinate scheduling of new customer installations between sales
representatives and service departments by creating installation
work orders. Support other Customer Care teams with seasonal needs.
Be receptive to and successfully complete other duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring to this role Education: High school graduate
minimum. Experience: Two years of relevant customer service or
business experience a plus. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
