In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our
clients, addressing all of their insurance-related questions,
concerns, and requests. Key responsibilities include: Immediately
greeting all customers entering the office in a friendly and
helpful manner Processing customer policy change requests Taking
premium payments from customers Following up with customers to
assure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insurance
protection, and solve or refer problems Fostering strong
relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client
retention and product loyalty Presenting and explaining insurance
policy options based on prospective client needs and their personal
goals Providing customers with additional information about new
