Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior
Privacy Analyst to join our Global Data Privacy & Records
Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a
meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment that values
innovation and collaboration. This position is remote but strong
preference will be given to candidates residing in Boston, MA,
Portsmouth, NH or East/Central time zones. The compensation for
this role is dependent on geographical location and experience.
Typical Starting Salary for this position is $95,800-$120,500
Please note: This position may require in-office attendance based
on the candidate's location. What You'll Do : As a Senior Privacy
Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting key privacy and
records initiatives. You will report directly to the Director of
Privacy Compliance and will be responsible for developing,
executing, and enhancing vital compliance procedures. Your work
will help ensure we meet regulatory requirements and mitigate data
loss risks. Key responsibilities include: Preparing recommendations
for business process changes to enhance privacy compliance.
Collaborating with business stakeholders, legal teams, and IT to
assess and summarize personal data risks. Proposing effective
strategies to mitigate identified risks and assist in developing
remediation plans. Managing data protection issues that require
investigation and resolution. Supporting the implementation of data
privacy and records management policies and procedures. Building
and maintaining strong global relationships to keep partners
informed about privacy impacts and changes. Identifying gaps in
policies and procedures, based on regulations, and recommending
prioritization to address these gaps. Utilizing technology for
various privacy program efforts e.g. records management, data
mapping, and handling Subject Access Requests. Leading and
evaluating business process changes related to privacy compliance.
Conducting training sessions on records and privacy best practices.

problem-solving, and analytical skills. Knowledge of privacy
regulations and control frameworks, along with the ability to
evaluate their effectiveness within business processes. Proven
project management skills, particularly in implementing data
protection frameworks and policies. Proficiency in the Microsoft
Office suite, especially Excel. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
experience, with 5+ years in privacy-related work, compliance, IT,
business analysis, or project management. Paralegal certification
