Job Description:
The hours for this role are 6:00pm-6:00am Key Responsibilities:
Utilizes imaging plates to produce different images on photo
sensitive material to copy images on films. Verify accuracy of
setup using optical measuring equipment. Takes spool with a film
places it on the machine and takes a picture. Responsible for using
a micro-meter and toolmakers scope to inspect and read samples.
Responsible for reading customer drawing and specifications and
make sure sample is within customer---s requirements. Complete and
label all documentation required for production and Quality
Assurance. Identify, troubleshoot and maintain routine maintenance
of the exposure equipment. Perform preventative maintenance of
equipment when scheduled. Set-up the exposure line according to
Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain clean room environment
according to industry standards. Adhere to company safety rules and
wear personal protective equipment as required (body coveralls and
safety glasses) to work in a clean room environment. YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma or GED. The ability to read, write, and
verbally communicate in English. Basic computer skills and
knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
