Marketing Associate Specialist US-NY-Melville Job ID: 33045 Type: Full-Time of Openings: 1 Category: Marketing CUSA Melville Headquarters About the Role Canon USA in Melville, NY is currently seeking a Marketing Associate Specialist (Assoc Specialist, Marketing) to support key accounts/sales channel and marketing campaigns in day-to-day retail marketing, planning, and execution. This person will work directly with each retailer, sales rep, and account executive to drive key products, sell out, and grow business. Responsible for the creation and management of marketing content and media plans (i.e. banners, videos, promotional content, webpages, paid search and display advertising, etc.) This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs. Your Impact Monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Works on the planning and implementation of projects and events that support the marketing function Interacts directly with sales managers to identify new marketing opportunities, prepares regular marketing activity reports, and responds to questions from within the sales organization Activities includes day-to-day online and in-store sales marketing support, managing account's retail opportunities, online paid search and display ads campaign aligning with our core business strategy, promotions and product focuses, tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions, marketing/sales collateral, website optimizations, and event support Responsible for new product launches marketing contents set up, creation and distribution Work with business planning and sales to prepare account product line review/pre-disclosure meeting presentations Monitor unauthorized dealers’ activities on 3P via Brand registry with legal and third-party service Work with Marketing Campaigns and Brand Marketing team to utilize and share content consistent with brand marketing efforts with the key sales channels and accounts Assist with finding and engaging with influencers for internal and external content related activity Possesses specialized knowledge or skills in digital retail marketing area and media plans About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 0 to 2 years of related experience Paid media experience either social media or paid search a plus Media agency or marketing agency experience a plus Retail marketing a plus We are providing the anticipated salary range for this role: $64,350 - $73,650 annually Company Overview About our Company - Canon U.S.A., Inc., is a leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions to the United States and to Latin America and the Caribbean markets.
