An established acute care medical center located just outside of
the Greater Boston region is currently searching for an experienced
Oncology Nurse Navigator to join their
award-winning healthcare team.
This acute care medical center is home to nearly 150-beds and
provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient medical and
surgical services. This state-of-the-art medical facility is
equipped to offer a variety of services including emergency and
urgent care, primary care, perioperative services,
oncology, pediatrics, and women’s health services. This

The Oncology Nurse Navigator will join a comprehensive cancer
care program that is fully accredited by the American College of
Surgeons Commission on Cancer (COC). This service line is proud to
provide access to national clinical trials, chemotherapy, infusion
therapy, surgical services, radiation therapy, and rehabilitation
services. The Oncology Nurse Navigator will work with patients and
families to help guide them through the cancer care continuum from
diagnosis to survivorship.
Acting as the central point of contact for patients and
families, the Oncology Nurse Navigator will coordinate all aspects
of care including surgical, medical, radiation, social work,
education, community or financial support, and insurance
assistance. This position requires a minimum of Bachelor’s degree
from an accredited nursing program, Master’s degree preferred.
Oncology specialty certification OCN is required.
