Job Description:

EMS is currently offering a $2000.00 sign-on bonus.Position Summary:Continuously clean material in strip from either prior to or after roll bonding. The Operator is primarily responsible for the actions and safety of both operators, and for the output quality of the clean material.Responsibilities:* Process material through the cleaning line by following the process defined by the Engineering group, while adhering to all EMS rules and regulations. * Set up cleaning line per SOP* Maintain logs* Change brushes as required and clean line and associated equipment* Identify and correct areas of deficiency prior to start up of the line and while running* Maintain an acceptable level of housekeeping order and cleanliness* Assure that materials, Route Cards, Bar Code Packet and Discrete Job Numbers are in order* Read and comprehend instructions on Route Card* Use hand held measuring instruments* Perform periodic lubrication of equipment after being trained by Maintenance* Assure that all scheduled clean ups are completed efficiently and thoroughly* Perform additional duties as requiredEducation and Experience:* High School or Equivalency Diploma preferred* Experience operating related equipment * Licensed fork truck driver and crane operator's license* Computer literateEMS is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits harassment of any kindPowered by JazzHRlrxwFrfXuU
