Job Description Job Description Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer - CNC Programmer (Mastercam) Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Flexible Job Summary The Manufacturing Engineer – CNC Programmer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting CNC machining processes for complex turning and milling operations, including 5-axis machining. This role focuses on CNC programming, tooling and workholding design, process development, and shop-floor support to ensure high-quality, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam Support turning, milling, and 5-axis machining operations Analyze blueprints and CAD models; apply GD T principles Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and setup requirements Design tooling and workholding solutions Support first article production and shop-floor troubleshooting Document setups and processes using tooling control sheets Required Qualifications 2 years of CNC programming experience with CAM software 3 years of manufacturing experience (including NPI preferred) Proficiency in CAD/CAM and Mastercam Strong understanding of machining practices and CNC setups High School Diploma or GED (Vocational/Associate Degree preferred)
