Job Description:

Join the dedicated Performance Foodservice team as a Night Shift Loader where you play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of goods to our valued customers. In this role, you will work under minimal supervision, handling various duties from loading trucks to organizing warehouse materials. This position follows strict safety standards and requires strong physical endurance to perform manual tasks efficiently in our fast-paced distribution environment. Efficiently load and unload products onto delivery trucks using appropriate tools and techniques Verify and inspect all loads for accuracy and quality before departure Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse Follow safety guidelines and company standards strictly at all times Use warehouse management system software and scan equipment to ensure accurate tracking of inventory Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to optimize processes Report any discrepancies or damages immediately to management Participate in inventory counts and assist in audits Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks Proficiency in using warehouse management systems Strong organizational and multitasking skills Physical endurance and strength, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly Excellent attention to detail Good communication and teamwork abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Forklift Operation Certification is preferred but can be provided upon hiring.
