Job Description Job Description Your responsibilities: Support the supply planning process as part of our streamlined S&OP. Manage inventory levels across all supply chain locations to meet business SLA’s. Optimize sourcing requirements to achieve working capital targets. Manage excess inventory and determine ways to prevent over sourcing. Fine-tune inventory rules according to the demand plan and market trends. Develop demand planning models, align forecasts from Sales, and support their inclusion into our planning processes. Improve the forecast accuracy through cross-functional coordination and continual improvements of the forecasting and demand planning tool. Core Qualifications: 5 years’ experience in supply chain, with increasing levels of responsibility. 2 years’ experience in inventory management, logistics and supply planning. Hands-on experience in forecasting and demand planning. Experience with different forecasting models, inventory management models and statistics. Excellent Excel skills (ninja level) and the ability to communicate status updates through data to stakeholders and peers. CPG and international supply chain experience. Ability to work across teams and with remote team members. Strong attention to detail. Nice to Have: ERP working knowledge (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP or similar). B.S. in Business, Finance or Supply Chain Management. APICS certification.
