legal career. Job Details We are looking for a talented associate
with 2-4 years of experience in trust and estate planning and
administration to join our nationally recognized Private Client
Department in Boston, MA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work
with high-net-worth clients, providing comprehensive estate
planning, wealth transfer strategies, and administration services.
Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on high-net-worth trust and
estate planning, including complex estate and income tax issues,
charitable giving, and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies.
Assist with the administration of estates and trusts, including
preparing and filing required tax returns and working with
fiduciaries. Provide counsel on succession planning, lifetime
giving, and estate planning for retirement assets. Work closely
with clients to ensure their family wealth is managed and
transferred in the most efficient manner possible. Collaborate with
colleagues across corporate, employment, real estate, trial, and
environmental practices to address client needs holistically. What
We’re Looking For: 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in trust
and estate planning and administration. Solid understanding of
relevant state and federal tax laws. Experience with succession
planning, lifetime giving, estate and income taxation, and
charitable giving is preferred. Strong written and verbal
communication skills. A team-oriented approach, with an emphasis on
collaboration and client service. Massachusetts Bar admission in
