Job Description:
Litigation Paralegal – Suffolk County (On-site) Salary: Up to
$75,000 Our client, a well-regarded boutique law firm, is seeking a
sharp and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our team in
Suffolk County. We are known for our deep roots in real estate law
and a dynamic litigation practice handling high-stakes commercial
and land use disputes in both State and Federal courts. This is an

appreciated. What You’ll Do: Support attorneys throughout all
stages of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeals
Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings,
motions, discovery, subpoenas, and appellate briefs Manage case
calendars, deadlines, and organize electronic and hard-copy case
files Handle e-discovery processes, including document review and
production Prepare for depositions, hearings, trials, and client
meetings File documents electronically in State and Federal courts
(NYSCEF, ECF/PACER) What We’re Looking For: At least 3 years of
litigation experience, ideally in commercial or real estate-related
matters Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court filing
systems Proficiency with e-discovery tools (Lexis Nexis.) Excellent
communication, organization, and time management skills A
collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently in a
