Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), GTM AcuityMD is a
software and data platform that accelerates access to medical

we are building a People team that supports our teams with the
systems, insights, and leadership development needed to scale
effectively. Team Mission We’re looking for an HR Business Partner
(HRBP) to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization and help
managers run their teams effectively as we scale. This role
partners closely with leaders across Sales, Solutions Engineering,
and RevOps to support day-to-day people operations including
performance management, manager support, and team effectiveness.
You’ll work closely with managers to understand their needs, meet
them where they are, and provide practical support that helps them
operate effectively. You’ll be responsible for both supporting
managers directly and ensuring the core people processes behind
them are executed well. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to
leaders while also building, implementing, and maintaining the
tools, processes, and reporting that managers rely on day-to-day to
lead their teams. Our People team is small and highly
collaborative, so this role is ideal for someone who takes
ownership and follows through. You’ll identify gaps, put practical
solutions in place, and ensure they are working day-to-day adapting
your approach based on what will be most effective for each team.
Responsibilities You will support GTM managers through core people
operations, while also handling complex team and organizational
challenges as we scale. Own performance management operations for
GTM , including performance reviews and calibration cycles
supporting managers through execution and navigating complex or
non-standard cases Support onboarding and offboarding , ensuring
strong ramp experiences and smooth transitions, including more
complex role changes and team shifts Partner on compensation
planning , including promotion decisions, leveling, and calibration
applying judgment to ensure fair and consistent outcomes Handle
employee relations and performance issues , including more complex
or sensitive situations that require strong judgment and discretion
Support progression and internal mobility , helping managers
navigate ambiguous promotion decisions and define what strong
performance looks like across roles Work closely with managers on
day-to-day team challenges , including underperformance, team
dynamics, and organizational changes Maintain and share key people
insights , using data to highlight trends and inform decisions
Identify gaps in how people processes are working and implement
improvements that make them more effective and easier for managers
to use Your Profile 5–7 years of HR experience, including direct
support of GTM or revenue teams (Sales, Customer Success,
Marketing, RevOps) A practical, partnership-driven approach you
work with managers to find what works, rather than applying
one-size-fits-all solutions Ability to navigate ambiguous or
complex people decisions and provide clear, practical guidance to
managers Strong communication and relationship building skills with
leaders at multiple levels Experience running performance review
and calibration processes in a fast-paced environment Strong
judgment and experience handling employee relations and
performance-related situations Experience supporting compensation
planning, promotions, and leveling decisions Comfort working with
people data and using insights to inform decisions Comfort
operating on a small People team with a high level of ownership and

competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The
compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple
factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the
candidate’s experience and expertise, market data and may vary from
the range provided. Base salary range: $140,000 - $195,000 You must
have an eligible work permit in the USA to be considered for this
