Job Description:
Revenue Operations Analyst AcuityMD is a software and data
platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. We help
MedTech companies understand how their products are used, why
customers vary, and identify opportunities for physicians to better
serve their patients. Each year, the FDA approves ~6,000 new

company scaling rapidly. In this role, you will solve the problems
of siloed data and systems, inefficient processes, and insufficient
insights/analytics. You will do this by creating alignment across
the Commercial organization while establishing best practices
across revenue strategy, analytics, sales processes, and tech stack
management that will drive results now and in the future as we
build for scale. Team Mission We are building a best-in-class
commercial organization by establishing a repeatable go-to-market
motion, hiring a team of high caliber Enterprise SaaS sales,
marketing, and customer success professionals, and thoughtfully
engaging VPs, General Managers, and other corporate decision makers
across the Medical Device Industry. This Role Reporting into the
Director of Revenue Operations, you will bring an analytical
approach, thoughtfulness, and curiosity to our newly formed team as
we champion the effort to achieve Commercial Excellence at
AcuityMD. You will help establish best practices across revenue
strategy, analytics, sales processes, and tech stack management
that will drive results now and in the future as we build for
scale. Responsibilities KPI & Performance Tracking: Measure team
performance and conduct analysis to generate insights across Sales,
Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services; collaborate
cross-functionally to improve business performance. Sales Process
Management: Ensure our sales methodologies are fully
operationalized and embedded in how we sell. Establish best
practices around prospecting, deal qualification, deal stage
progression, Tech Stack Ownership: Manage GTM tech stack, including
Hubspot, Gong, Showpad, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc. Develop processes
to monitor and improve accuracy of data across all platforms and
ensure optimal use of each tool. Operating Rhythm & Planning:
Support commercial operations and planning efforts, including
Quarterly Business Reviews, weekly team meetings, pipeline reviews,
and budgeting process. Variable Compensation Management: Calculate
commissions and bonuses for commercial teams; assist in the design
and management of compensation plans. Your Profile 2-4 years of
experience supporting pre and post-sale Commercial teams Excellent
relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to
influence and build credibility with team members at all levels,
including executives Experience managing and optimizing CRMs
(Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, etc.) Familiarity with tools like Gong,
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc Proficiency in Google
Sheets, Google Slides, and Microsoft Excel Clear and effective
communication and thinking; experience presenting to senior leaders
Strong project management, prioritization, and execution skills
Data driven mindset with the ability to understand, analyze, and
derive insights from data to drive decision making Ability to
thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and a
strong bias for action Venture-backed, B2B SaaS startup experience
Willingness to travel domestically 2-4x per year for
company-sponsored offsites Nice to Haves Experience
implementing/migrating CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Medical device/technology industry experience a plus Experience
with Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) tools Proficiency with commission
automation platforms Experience in a customer-facing role (sales,
customer success, sales engineer, sdr, etc.) AcuityMD is committed
to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and
benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on
multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity,
and the candidate’s experience and expertise, market data and may
vary from the range provided. Base salary range: $85,000 - $115,000
You must have an eligible work permit in the USA to be considered
