Job Description:
Year Up is excited to announce an opening for a Data Management
Job Training Opportunity in our Education, Training & E-Learning
department. This unique program provides passionate young adults
interested in the field of data management with the skills,
real-world experience, and academic knowledge necessary to advance
their careers. Over the course of one year, participants will
engage in intensive training, supported by academic learning and
practical internship experiences, designed to develop their
proficiency in managing and analyzing data within an educational
context. Participate actively in all training sessions, workshops,
and classes intended to enhance data management expertise. Engage
in internship opportunities provided by Year Up to gain hands-on
experience in the data management field. Work collaboratively with
peers and mentors within the program to complete projects and
assignments related to data analysis and management. Apply learned
data management techniques to manage databases, perform data
cleaning, and ensure data integrity. Prepare and present data
findings and analyses during the course of the internship to
demonstrate learning and progress. Basic understanding of database
systems and data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work
collaboratively in a team environment. Effective communication
skills, both verbal and written. Life Insurance Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Relevant certifications in data
management or analysis (like Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst
Associate or similar) are advantageous but not required for program
entry.
