Job Description:
Clean Harbors is looking for a Senior CRM Success Manager to sit
in Norwell, MA . The Sr. CRM Success Manager functions as a primary
systems expert to identify and resolve issues that lead to a better
user experience within the Salesforce ecosystem. Acts with
strategic thinking on how to make the tool sustainable long term
while also providing a streamlined user interface for all
stakeholders. Utilizes strong change management skills and
governance process thinking. Works business tickets to completion
quickly and in a timely manner. Communicates clearly and
effectively to stakeholders to resolve and document issues,
solutions and best practices. Oversees all Territory Management
activities in Salesforce to ensure territories are set and managed
with the highest degree of accuracy and timeliness. Why work for

environments RESPONSIBILITIES Function as a key Salesforce CRM
system expert to identify and resolve issues that lead to a better
user experience within the Salesforce ecosystem. Act with strategic
thinking on how to make the tool sustainable long-term while also
providing a streamlined user interface for all stakeholders.
Utilize strong change management skills and governance process
thinking. Work business tickets to completion quickly and in a
timely manner. Communicate clearly and effectively to stakeholders
to resolve and document issues, solutions and best practices.
Oversee all Territory Management activities in Salesforce to ensure
territories are set and managed with the highest degree of accuracy
and timeliness. Salesforce configuration changes, including (but
not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes,
fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions,
custom settings, mobile administration, Lightning Experience,
dashboards, and reports. Stay up to date on the Salesforce
ecosystem training and enhancements. Act as a point of contact for
the Sales Ops function on new functionality and releases that
impact the enterprise’s stakeholders. Other assigned duties
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or
equivalent 5 to 7 years’ experience with Salesforce Exceptional
communication skills with all levels of an organization in all
channels (written, spoken, presentation). Deep competence in the
Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales, Service, and High Velocity
Sales. Knowledge of Pardot preferred. Strong teamwork, team player
mentality, and ability to influence others to produce sustainable.
