Lead, US Oncology OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE Drive the design and execution
of marketing mix models and ROI analysis to inform budget planning
and assess the effectiveness of promotional activities across
various channels (e.g., digital, TV, print, field) Evaluate and
optimize customer engagement across omnichannel touchpoints.
Conduct campaign analysis to understand channel contribution and
customer journey insights. Design and implement methodologies to
assess the effectiveness of field force alerts and their influence
on HCP behavior and prescribing patterns. ACCOUNTABILITIES Leverage
internal and external datasets (e.g., sales, CRM, claims, digital,
media) to build models and dashboards that inform strategic
planning. Analyze competitive intelligence and market trends to
provide insights that enhance customer engagement strategies
Partner with marketing, field teams, digital, DD&T, finance and
other analytics groups to deliver cohesive and actionable insights
that drive strategic and tactical decisions. Facilitate workshops
and meetings to align cross-functional teams on analytics-driven
strategies and initiatives. Execute experimentation with novel data
sources and modeling approaches to enhance precision and relevance.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact
of decision science initiatives on business outcomes. Continuously
monitor and refine analytics processes to improve efficiency and

ELEMENTS RELATED TO THIS ROLE Bachelor’s or master’s degree in
engineering, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related
field. An advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred. 7 years
of experience in analytics roles, preferably within the
pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Hands-on experience with
marketing mix modeling, multivariate regression, time series
analysis, and other statistical techniques. Strong understanding of
commercial pharma data (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, CRM, digital
engagement platforms). Proficiency in analytics tools such as
Python, R, SQL, SAS, and visualization platforms like Tableau or
Power BI. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to convey complex patient insights to non-technical
audiences. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects. Excellent

Base Salary Range: $153,600.00 - $241,340.00 The estimated salary
range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual
base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including
the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position,
years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of
education attained, certifications or other professional licenses
held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from
which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary
offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage
requirements for the job location. U.S. based employees may be
eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based
