Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Littleton, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,604 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant Profession: Physical Therapist Assistant Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday; around 8/9 AM start Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 1-2 years current Physical Therapist Assistant experience in Home Health License: Active Physical Therapy Assistant practice license Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS Must-Have: Candidates must have their own vehicle and be comfortable driving in winter weather. Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility. Permanent address must be included in the submission file. Description: The Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for providing physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist. This role involves implementing the plan of care. The Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant will utilize therapeutic exercise, modalities, and activities to achieve the highest level of function possible within the home environment. Experience with various age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics, is required. Previous travel experience is highly preferred. Home Health and/or Hospice experience is required.
