Key Areas of Ownership Responsible for supporting the product
development team for Uncle Crumbles, under the direction of the
Product Development Associate. Core Responsibilities Communicate
effectively, both written and verbally, with the product
development team to reproduce samples and prototypes. Assist in
receipt, production, packaging and shipping sample orders and
requests. Maintain/organize development retains and recipe
documentation. Understand allergen control. Maintain an organized
and clean lab area. Assist and participate in sensory evaluations.
Culinary abilities including, but not limited to, baking, stove top
prep, and formula balancing. Ensure that Uncle Crumbles GMP and
HACCP plan are followed. Other duties as assigned. Skills and
Requirements High School Diploma, Culinary or Food Service
experience preferred. Reports to Director of Product Development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent
interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent
time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize
tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with
integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Proficient with
Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Nutritional database a
plus. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the
