Job Description Breast Medical Oncologist Opportunity in

CT Job Type: Permanent Details: Join a team of 4 breast-specialized
medical oncologists at our hospital, an 867-bed tertiary care
center Over 600 new breast cancer cases annually cared for by a
multidisciplinary team Collaborate with fellowship-trained breast
surgeons, radiation oncologists, reconstructive surgeons, genetic
counselors, and nurse navigators Participate in a weekly breast
tumor board and a system-wide Breast Disease Management Team (DMT)
Contribute to the development of survivorship, high-risk care,
breast rehab, and patient education programs Access to cutting-edge
research through partnerships with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer
Center and national cooperative groups (SWOG, NRG) Opportunities
for clinical trials, health disparities research, and medical
education (residents and oncology fellows) Hospitalist team handles
inpatient care; oncology provides consults only Requirements: Board
certified in Hematology & Oncology and Internal Medicine Eligible
for licensure in the state of Connecticut Demonstrated experience
in multidisciplinary breast oncology care Interest in academic
contributions through clinical trials or quality improvement highly
