Job Description Job Description Step into a pivotal role as a
Licensed Practical Nurse in Long-Term Care in Bedford, New
Hampshire, where every shift offers the chance to touch lives and
strengthen the fabric of our aging communities. This opportunity
empowers you to provide dignified, patient-centered care that
honors each resident’s history, promotes wellness, and supports
families through demanding times. As you collaborate with a
dedicated interdisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to accurate
care planning, meticulous documentation, and safe, effective
intervention. You’ll assist with activities of daily living,
administer medications with precision, monitor changes in
condition, and advocate for comfort, respect, and autonomy.
Beginning February 16, 2026, these short-term assignments extend
over several weeks, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week to help you
plan your schedule confidently while delivering exceptional care.
Expect a competitive weekly compensation between $1,363 and $1,391,
commensurate with experience and performance, and a pathway to
extend engagements based on need, performance, and preference.
Bedford sits in the heart of New Hampshire’s welcoming landscape,
where modern conveniences meet picturesque surroundings. From leafy
suburban streets to easy access to Manchester’s vibrant amenities,
you’ll enjoy a community that values balance and quality of life.
When you’re not on shift, the region offers easy opportunities to
explore stunning natural beauty—short drives to the White
Mountains, serene lakes such as Lake Winnipesaukee, and scenic
drives through winding backroads colored by autumn foliage. Whether
you’re drawn to tranquil mornings by a lake, invigorating hikes in
nearby mountains, or quiet evenings in charming New England towns,
Bedford provides a reliable home base with a touch of New
Hampshire’s outdoor allure. And for those who crave broader
horizons, you’ll have the opportunity to work in various locations
across the U.S., expanding your professional horizons while
maintaining the security of a solid base in New Hampshire. Role
specifics come with robust professional growth opportunities.
You’ll refine clinical assessment skills, enhance competencies in
long-term care management, and deepen your ability to coordinate
with physicians, therapists, and social workers to ensure
comprehensive, person-centered care. The position supports your
development with ongoing education, mentorship from seasoned
clinicians, and structured pathways to advance into roles such as
lead LPN or nurse liaison, as you demonstrate leadership, clinical
expertise, and a commitment to quality outcomes. In addition to
your core responsibilities, you’ll benefit from a strong emphasis
on safety and quality assurance, infection control, and regulatory
compliance, all of which position you for long-term career
resilience within the long-term care continuum. We’ve designed this
opportunity with your total well-being in mind. Alongside
competitive compensation, you’ll have access to housing assistance
to ease the transition to a new location and reduce relocation
stress, as well as a bonus structure tied to performance and
assignment completion. The role also supports flexible extension
opportunities, allowing you to build a continuity of care for
residents while aligning with your personal and professional goals.
You’ll never travel alone—our team provides 24/7 support to
travelers, ensuring you always feel connected, protected, and
empowered, whether on site or on the road. This level of ongoing
support is designed to minimize administrative burdens, maximize
patient interaction time, and reinforce your confidence as you
navigate care decisions in diverse settings. Our company is built
on a firm commitment to empowering staff and cultivating a culture
where your voice matters. We champion ongoing career advancement,
invest in professional development, and foster a supportive
environment that recognizes perseverance, empathy, and excellence.
You’ll be part of a community that prioritizes your learning,
celebrates your wins, and stands beside you through challenges. The
emphasis on mentorship, collaborative practice, and a clear pathway
for progression reflects our belief that investing in people
translates into higher quality resident care and greater job
satisfaction. Ready to apply? If you’re a compassionate,
