Burlington, Vermont Psychiatrist Provides outpatient mental health
services and appropriate follow-up Provides consultation and case
discussions to primary care providers to support psychiatric care
within the primary care setting Provides clinical supervision for
nursing staff as assigned for triage, medication refills, referrals
and nursing services visits Provides appropriate teaching to
trainees such as medical students, resident physicians, nurse
practitioner students, and nursing students Coordination,
documentation, and continuity of care for risk management
Participates in quality assurance and quality improvement efforts
Background: Board Eligible / Board Certified - Psychiatry Able to
