Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/16/2026 Duration: 26 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Med/Surg Tele RN Float Location Location details not disclosed. Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 12-hour night shifts; a minimum of every other weekend is required. Job Description As a Med/Surg Tele RN Float, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in both M/S Telemetry and Medical/Surgical units as needed. This position does not require call and includes the flexibility of adjusting schedules to meet the unit and patient care needs. Responsibilities Float between Med/Surg Telemetry and MS units as necessary. Collaborate with the nursing team to provide optimal patient care. Participate in weekend schedules as required. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure American Heart Association BLS certification. American Heart Association ACLS certification. NIHSS certification required prior to start. Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg Tele nursing experience. Prior travel nursing experience is required. Experience in a teaching hospital is necessary.
