Job Description Certification Details - New Hampshire Medical
Imaging License Job Details - CT Technologist position at Mass
General Brigham Ambulatory in Salem, New Hampshire. - Cardiac
experience is preferred but not mandatory. Job Requirements - Must
have a New Hampshire Medical Imaging License. Schedule Information
- Monday 7a-7:30p - Wednesday 9:30a-6p - Thursday 7a-3:30p - Friday
7a-3:30p - No weekends, no holidays, no call. - Schedule could be
subject to change. Additional Details - Documentation of two
measles vaccines, two mumps vaccines, and one rubella vaccine or
two MMR vaccines, or proof of immunity via blood test. - Influenza
vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30). -
Documentation of TB skin test screening within 3 months of start
date or negative QuantiFERON TB Test or T-spot within 3 months. -
Physician health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of
start date. - MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to
start date. - MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience.
- Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation if fit test is required.
- MGB References: 2 recent references, minimum 1 supervisor or
above. - MGB Skills Checklist required for submission. - MGB
Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial
assignments and extensions. - MGB Education Verification through
background check company. - MGB SSN Trace with criminal check. -
MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated
annually. - MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and
annually. - MGB New Hampshire State Checks within 30 days prior to
start date. - MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for
submission.
