Job Description B2B Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Windsor, Vermont. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel MED SURG (ACUTE REHAB) - May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse - Coordinates total nursing care for patients - Participates in patient and family teaching - Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting EMR: Cerner Nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5 Average daily patient census: 22 Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified upon applying. Must reside beyond 50 mi radius No block scheduling available 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience - Required - May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg - CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - Required - BSN preferred - Must have own vehicle Certification Requirements - ACLS (AHA) - BLS (AHA) State License Requirements - Vermont Compact Allowed About the Facility Mt.
