Are you looking for an organization that allows flexibility in your work schedule?!At KDC we are on a mission to empower and support all people to meet their full potential in a world where every individual and family thrive, no matter the circumstances.About this role:The Pediatric -Speech Language Pathologist -- Early Intervention role is part of a team of specialists that provide family-centered services that support and enable families to meet their child's individual needs through education, training, and support. You will work with families in a hybrid of telehealth and in-person sessions to provide services. While working closely and learning from a team of specialists who are experts in children's physical, cognitive, communication, social, emotional, and adaptive development. In addition to on-the-job learning, KDC offers professional development activities and training necessary to maintain relevant certifications and licensures. $4,000 Sign-On BONUS!*We have Full-time, Part-time and Fee-for-Service positions available.In this role, you'll get to:

Partner with families to identify each child's strengths and developmental needsTogether develop an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)Work closely with a transdisciplinary team on program planning and delivery of serviceProvide a minimum of 25 hours of direct services for children and familiesOversee case management and referral services to assigned caseloadConduct home visits to provide developmental stimulation, parent training, and supportFacilitate parent/child and/or child groups Complete reports of assessments, progress reports, IFSPs, and discharge summariesMaintain appropriate communication with physicians, clinics, and community agencies participating in each child's careWe are looking for people who have: -
Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyAn active Massachusetts CCC-SLP LicenseStrong written and verbal communicationExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsA valid driver's license and reliable transportationThe physical requirements for this role: -
Frequent movement within classroom including but not limited -to -kneeling, bending, sitting, lifting, and positioning of students -Ability to lift 50 pounds alone, 51+ pounds with the assistance of another person or adaptive equipment -Did someone say BENEFITS?!
