A healthcare organization in Massachusetts is looking to add an experienced, licensed professional to join their growing staff in Bristol County as their new Chief of Surgery.

About the Opportunity:

• Setting: Acute Care
  
• Length: Full-time
  
• Call: Shared group
  
• Duties: Surgical care (70%) and Administrative leadership (30%)

  Responsibilities:
  
  The Chief of Surgery will be responsible for:
  
  • 
    
  • Working closely with Hospital Administration, Surgeons, and staff to oversee delivery of all surgical services
    
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring programs
    
  • Measuring and evaluating patient care, clinical practice, utilization review, quality, retention, etc.
    
  • Performing other duties, as needed
    
    Qualifications:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of Massachusetts
      
    • Board Eligible / Certified
