MISSIONTheManager, GTM Strategy - Direct to Consumer (DTC) role at
New Balance is responsible for working with numerous cross
functional teams across DTC (Direct to Consumer), merchandising,
marketing, consumer insights, visual merchandising, and operations,
to shepherd the go-to-market (GTM) end-to-end process for our DTC
business.You will own the seasonal DTC go-to-market strategy by
facilitating governance, clarity, and accountability at each
milestone. You will deliver a best-in-class experience in our owned
channels for our target consumers by ensuring global and regional
DTC alignment occurs and key milestone delivery dates are achieved.
Our DTC channel is poised for aggressive growth and this role will
be critical to delivering NB's operational excellence.MAJOR
