This person will be responsible for multiple clean room projects
across the entire country.Client DetailsLeading provider of

years, is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing
team!This role is 100% travel based (National) - have work in
almost every state in the US (& Canada), their PMs are expected to
be on site Monday-Friday.They cater to a diverse range of
industries including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, semiconductor

- Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing cleanroom construction projects from
initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope,
budget, and schedule
- Coordinating with clients to understand project requirements
and expectations, and providing regular updates on project
progress
- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring
alignment with client needs and company objectives
- Managing project resources, including labor, materials, and
equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction
activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and
quality standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including
engineering, procurement, and operations, to resolve project issues
and mitigate risks
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels,
providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or challenges
that may ariseProfileConstruction Project Manager - Clean Rooms -
TRAVELING - Successful Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or
related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction
industry, preferably with expertise in cleanroom construction or
similar highly regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and
techniques, with a focus on cleanroom design and construction
methodologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability
to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as
MS Project or Primavera P6
- Willingness to travel extensively and work at various project
sites nationwide
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plusJob
