Our Business Operations team within Business Support develops solutions to current and future challenges. We support activities ranging from marketing and manufacturing to maintenance and more. We define scope and objectives based on a thorough understanding of end users, business needs and processes. From analyzing, evaluating and documenting requirements through to specifying solutions, we strive to improve processes and maximize potential.
Responsibilities

  • Critical operational processes, including: annual planning, operations reviews, roadmap reviews
  • Managing team of Global Schedulers, responsible for the planning of Education Services courses
  • Develop long term strategic plans to drive accuracy and innovation into operations
  • Drive continuous improvement for scheduling resources and on-site functions with measure and improvement plans
  • Supports senior management of all aspects of operating execution including: measurements, requirements gathering, objective planning, change control, risk management and reporting
  • Achieve Instructor Utilization, Fill Rate, Cancellation, Lab Utilization, etc. KPI measures
  • Support escalations and trends to business owners to support improvement
    Essential Requirements
    • Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
    • 4-6 years of experience managing teams
    • Proven ability to influence others at all levels of the business
    • 2+ years of intake base and case management experience
    • 2 + year of experience working with global teams
    • Previous experience developing and maintaining operational processes
    • Report on demand trends and offering statuses to executives
    • Problem solving - continuous improvement aptitude
    • Defines cross-functional engagements forums and expectations to create transparency across the businessDesirable Requirements
