Job Description:

Production Operator, $17 7AM to 3:30PM Low volume component assembly position in clean climate controlled bench assembly position. Rotate through several different operations after mastering each work station. Vey nice place to work, very low turnover all experience welcome just bring your desire to get the job done right. Build and test components insuring they meet specifications. Performing assembly in a passive compnent production line. High School or equivalant education 1 to 3 years work experience Must be curteous, service oriented and flexible to work all operations. Must be able to understand written instruction. Must bring attention to errors in the work order or process. Able to work with magnifying glass on miniature parts including surface mount parts. Able to use other equipment associated with making the parts including, pen dot welder, wire rapping, tiny spot welder and ink roller for example. Good dexterity to handle small parts and good visual clarity for small parts. Detail oriented and able to meet deadline requirement pressure. Able to work under low supervision and get along with with close knit collabaritive work environment. Physical Requirements: Stand, walk, sit and talk and hear. Lift or move up to 25 pounds. Vision ability to see small details, color vision, depth perception and focus.
