My client is seeking a talented and dedicated Manufacturing
Engineer ready to apply their skills in a challenging and rewarding
role. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for
developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to
ensure high-quality, cost-effective production. Client Details My

are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their growing
team. Description Reporting into the Engineering Manager, you will
be responsible for the following: Design, develop, and improve
manufacturing processes for CNC machining, plastic molding, and
precision fabrication. Collaborate with product development and
quality teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with
industry standards (ISO 13485, AS9100, etc.). Lead process
validation efforts including IQ/OQ/PQ for medical and aerospace
components. Create and maintain process documentation, including
work instructions, PFMEAs, and control plans. Evaluate production
processes for efficiency, yield improvement, and cost reduction.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for
non-conformances and customer complaints. Implement lean
manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve production
flow and reduce waste. Specify tooling, fixtures, and equipment
needed for production. Provide technical support to operators and
technicians on the shop floor. Participate in cross-functional
teams for continuous improvement initiatives and kaizen events.
Profile A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have: Strong
understanding of manufacturing processes and systems. Bachelor's
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or
related field. 2 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering
role, preferably in a regulated industry (medical, aerospace).
Strong knowledge of CNC machining and/or plastic manufacturing
processes. Experience with process validation and quality systems
(ISO 13485, AS9100). Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks
preferred) and CAM tools. Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma
principles; certification a plus (e.g., Green Belt). Excellent
problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
