As the Engineering Manager, you will manage a small team of individuals who are all involved in developing high power electronic components used in a variety of industries. You will oversee product and process engineering and will work to improve yield, cost, and quality of products.Client DetailsMy client is a global leader in manufacturing semiconductor and other electronic components. • Oversee a small team of 5 people
• Collaborate across teams ensuring proper product design
• Maintain schedules for product development
• Oversee the design and development of new products and processes
• Identify manufacturing costs across the business and develop ways to reduce costs in the process Profile
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in the manufacturing space, product engineering preferred
