Edge Fitness Clubs, renowned for delivering quality fitness and wellness services, is seeking an Edge Kids Supervisor to lead our vibrant children’s program. This role requires a passion for fitness and child development, aiming to inspire young members through engaging fitness activities and educational programs. Our Edge Kids Supervisor will manage the children's area, ensuring a safe, fun, and enriching environment that aligns with our mission to promote a healthy lifestyle from an early age. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood education, excellent leadership skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for fitness and holistic development. Develop and oversee engaging children's fitness programs and activities Ensure the safety and security of all participants in the program Manage and train staff within the children’s facility Collaborate with fitness coaches to integrate educational content Maintain clean and organized children's areas Communicate effectively with parents regarding program updates and child progress Monitor and manage program budget and resources Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in childhood education and physical fitness Capability to manage and inspire a team Adept at planning, developing, and coordinating multiple activities CPR and First Aid Certifications Certified in Handling Children in Group Settings
