Job Description:
MV Transportation, Inc., a leader in public transportation
services across North America, is seeking a dedicated Call Center
Manager to oversee our customer service operations. The successful
candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest levels
of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in our call
centers, which are crucial to the smooth operation of our
paratransit, fixed route, shuttle, and school bus services. The
Call Center Manager will be responsible for managing staff,
optimizing call center processes, and enhancing the overall
customer experience. Oversee daily operations of the call center,
ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives and
supervisors, providing training and development to enhance their
skills. Analyze call center data to ensure performance metrics are
met and identify areas for improvement in processes and customer
service. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate effective
communication and streamline operations. Handle complex customer
complaints or inquiries and provide solutions that align with
company policies while ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and
implement strategies for increasing efficiency and reducing costs
within the call center. Stay informed about industry trends in
transportation and logistics to continuously improve customer
support strategies. Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in call
center technology systems and software Ability to analyze data and
metrics to guide decision-making Experience with CRM systems Strong
problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex situations
