Responsibilities - Project lead for both Design and Construction phases - Communicate directly with client, A/E team, Builder, stakeholders and user groups - Oversee and ensure quality and consistency of design and construction and all aspects of project - Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance - Monitor and track project budgets - Coordinate with adjacent projects impacted by the proposed work - Manage project administrative efforts, including progress reports, submittals, requisitions, and change orders Qualifications - Record of excellence in leading a minimum of five (5) health-care related projects representing the organizations' interests - Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official (MCPPO) - Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related discipline - 10 years’ experience in Project Management - Health-care facility renovation/construction experience - Strong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from tradespeople to facility executives - Expertise in project administration for budget and schedule management - Strong technical and leadership expertise is needed - Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks - Strategic perspective and ingenuity for solving problems to avoid negative impacts - American Society of Health-care Engineers Health-care Construction Certification We are committed to your success, and we invest in your growth and development to unlock your full potential. - Competitive Total Compensation Package - Employee- Only Stock Purchase Plan - Mentoring programs - Continuing Education Program - Employee referral bonus - Volunteer/Industry association opportunities Our Culture: We believe in the power of collaboration.
