Job Description:
For over 30 years, Sentinel Offender Services has provided
community-based, offender-funded monitoring services across North
America. Working with law enforcement, community corrections
agencies and the court system, we provide customized offender
management solutions that help to reduce recidivism and improve
reentry success. These solutions combine electronic monitoring
technology, alcohol and substance abuse testing, and
community-based offender management programs. Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday / 9:00AM - 2:00PM, 25 hours per week.
Pay: $19.00/hr - $19.25/hr Position Overview The Program
Administrator supports daily operations of an electronic monitoring
program by managing participant records, fees, equipment inventory,
and routine communication with partner agencies. This role is ideal
for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable
working with confidential information in a fast-paced
administrative environment. You will work from an office and in the
field- visiting agency offices and detention facilities. Mileage
reimbursment for work related driving. Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Communication Support Monitor and respond to
emails and phone calls from partner agencies and program
participants Communicate participant balance information to
supervising agencies as required Maintain accurate participant case
files and documentation Fee & Account Management Post daily fees
collected into the accounting system Monitor participant fee
compliance and follow up on non-compliance Prepare non-compliance
reports when necessary Process participant fee adjustments, program
end balances, and refund requests Participant Support Assist with
participant orientations and explain program expectations Answer
basic questions related to monitoring equipment and schedules
Direct legal or sentencing questions to the appropriate supervising
authority Equipment & Inventory Control Maintain inventory of
electronic monitoring equipment Prepare equipment for new
enrollments and replacements Track, document, and report missing or
unreturned equipment Support equipment recovery efforts through
calls and written notices (no field visits required) Installation &
Program Setup Assist with in-office equipment installations Ensure
equipment is functioning properly and confirm successful setup
Complete required checks and reports following installation
Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working with administrative systems and basic
accounting tasks Professional communication skills (phone, email,
and written correspondence) Ability to handle sensitive and
confidential information Experience in administrative, program
coordination, or office support roles preferred Sentinel Offender
