us! Job Description: This job is responsible for analyzing the
day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for
various issues identified within a business unit. Key
responsibilities include supporting defined procedures, routine
analytics, and creating reports and completing exception
processing. Responsibilities: Assists with coordination of
implementation for products, services, and operational solutions
Supports the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring
of new products and services Provides guidance regarding
procedural, technical, and operational changes Expands business
products knowledge within operations environment Builds network by
developing relationships with partners and teammates Inspects data
to identify issues and trends Collects and interprets data to
validate operational processes Required Qualifications: A minimum
of two years recent experience in a BAC financial center, with
particular emphasis on operations management Must be able to
fulfill role requirements without daily managerial oversight Has
the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology
platforms Will follow established processes and guidelines in daily
self-directed activities, adhering to all applicable laws and
regulations Must be able to travel to any financial center within
defined market(s); may need to travel to two different financial
centers in the course of a single day Enthusiastic, highly
motivated self-starter with strong work ethic, intense focus and
attention to detail Must possess strong verbal and written
communication skills; including the ability to communicate
effectively with partners regarding areas of opportunity identified
Must be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours, as needed
Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or business relevant
associate degree such as business management, business
administration, or finance Experience in the following industries:
Consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, or retail Skills:
Attention to Detail Customer and Client Focus Monitoring,
Surveillance, and Testing Process Performance Management Research
Adaptability Business Analytics Critical Thinking Reporting Written
Communications Data Management Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines
Management Process Design Process Effectiveness Strategic Thinking
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED /
Secondary School or equivalent Shift: 1st shift (United States of
America) Hours Per Week: 40 Pay Transparency details US - MA -
Hingham - 1 Whiting St - HINGHAM BC (MA6299) Pay and benefits
information Pay range $25.00 - $40.12 hourly pay, offers to be
determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Predictable pay This role is compensated with a base salary and is
