Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a global, publicly
traded manufacturing company headquartered in Portsmouth, NH to
identify a Corporate Controller to lead their corporate accounting
and financial reporting team. Why This Opportunity? The Company: A

The Role: This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing SEC
reporting, technical accounting, corporate policy, and global
financial reporting operations. You'll manage a team and serve as a
key advisor on U.S. GAAP compliance, process improvement, and audit
coordination. Key Responsibilities: Lead preparation and filing of
SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) Manage corporate accounting and
financial reporting functions Drive improvements in close and
reporting processes Partner with tax on income tax accounting
Interpret and apply new and existing U.S. GAAP standards Serve as
primary contact for internal and external audits Support investor
relations, treasury, and M&A due diligence Mentor and develop
accounting team members Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or Economics (CPA strongly preferred) 10 years
of combined experience in public accounting and corporate
accounting within a global, publicly traded company Deep expertise
in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and financial controls Proven track
record preparing and filing 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K reports Familiarity
with SAP or other large-scale ERP systems This is a rare
